normal;">比如一些居民小区乱搭乱建，如顶层加盖、私搭乱建、小棚外扩、阳台外探，特别是破坏楼体结构、占用公共位置、消防通道等违章建筑，都是普遍现象，也让小区其他居民怨声载道。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">还有些违建集中在道路两旁，一些人违法搭建商铺板房进行出租，占据人行道，影响周围人的出行。……各种各样的违建形式既影响美观又存在很大的安全隐患。</p><section style="white-space: normal;margin-bottom:
